Hello me and my husband are trying to concieve this last month, i had my last period on the 2snd dec after 30days my cycle always was very regular such as 28days, After my menses stopped we gave it another try and on the 24th dec i had my period again after just 24days! This was totally something new for me......and to continue my menses usually takes 7 days this time it lasted just 4 days.

Can anyone give me some opinions on what going on? Do you think something is going wrong with me?

Hey everyone
I'm Wondering whats the best way for me to lose some weight and add some defition to my psyquie?
It seems that everyone I talk gives me different advice, also also websites give you different information
I'm 6'0 feet tall weigh 220, Ive already lost twenty pounds, by running 5.5 Miles a day. I know diet is a major factor and I have my ups and downs. Right now I also know that if I lift muscle weighs more then fat. Does anyone know a good work out plan? and also what kinds off foods will help my metabolism?

I enjoy salmon in restraurants but it is so expensive. I am going to venture out and buy a wild caught salmon at the grocery store but I am not sure of how to cook it. Can any one help me? thanks!

I've been with my current employer for 7 1/2 years,for a long time I was happy but now I'm not I have spoken with my boss about my unhappiness as it is do to a new addition to the team (about 1 year)being "worshiped" ...Now my prev. boss of about 5 years who went to work elsewhere has offered me a job with him I'd be taking a pay cut of about 1000.00 a year but would be working approx. 40 hours as opposed to my now 55-70 hour work week.Should I Quit?

A LOVED ONE WAS STABBED THE MAN WAS CAUGHT BUT WITNESSES SAW THE MANS GIRLFRIEND FLEE THE SCENE WITH THE WEAPON IT APPEARED TO BE A KNIFE. THE MAN WENT TO COURT AND CONVICTED GIVEN 9YRS FOR THE CRIME EVEN IF THERE WAS NO WEAPON AND HE HIMSELF PLED GUILTY. NOW IF HE PLED GUILTY WHY WASNT SHE CONVICTED BUT ON TOP OF ALL THAT SHE A YEAR LATER SHE GETS WORK AS A CORRECTIONAL OFFICER. I WAS ASTONISHED BY THE NEWS WAS SHE ABLE TO GET A LICENSE FOR THAT AFTER WHAT SHE MIGHT HAVE HAD IN HER BACKGROUND CHECK. OR DID THE STATE JUST OVERLOOKED IT. HMM.. GOOD PAY FOR HER TO SUPPORT HER BOYFRIEND IN PRISON. NOW IM THINKING OF MOVING TO DIMMIT COUNTY "CARRIZO SPRINGS TX" FOR A BREAK LIKE THAT.
