I'm going to assume that by few you mean 3, so I will include draftees from 2004, 2005, and 2006.

2004 Top Teams(more than 4):
Miami(FL)- 9
Florida St- 5
LSU- 7
Purdue- 9
Ohio State- 14
Notre Dame- 5
(FROM '05 - SoCal 4 Auburn 4 Oklahoma 3 Georgia 4)

2005 Top Teams(more than 4):
SoCal- 5
Auburn- 5
Miami(FL) - 5
Oklahoma- 11
Georgia - 6
Florida St - 9
(FROM '04- OHIO STATE 3 LSU 3 PURDUE 1 NOTRE DAME 2)

2006 Top Teams From '04 and '05 performance, Total from all 3 years after
Miami(FL) 9 TOTAL - 23 draftees
Fla St 8 TOTAL - 22 draftees
LSU 7 TOTAL - 17 draftees
Purdue 4 TOTAL - 14 draftees
Ohio State 9 TOTAL - 26 draftees
Notre Dame 3 TOTAL - 10 draftees
SoCal 11 TOTAL - 20 draftees
Auburn 4 TOTAL - 13 draftees
Oklahoma 6 TOTAL - 20 draftees
Georgia 7 TOTAL - 17 draftees

So, in order, the TOP 5 (do I get bonus points?) in NFL Draftees in the past 3 drafts are:
Ohio St - 26 draftees
Miami FL - 23 draftees
Florida St - 22 draftees
Oklahoma - 20 draftees
Southern Cal - 20 draftees

I'm not sure what you mean by the last few years...i.e. how many years back you are going...but Miami, Ohio State, USC, and Texas probably have the most draftees.

Ohio state - last draft they had 5 or was it 6 taken in the first round? If it's just in the past few years, definitely the Bucs. USC not too far behind.

I'm not sure how many years you mean by the "past few"
but I'm pretty sure Miami has the most players in the NFL right now
