Hey everyone
I'm Wondering whats the best way for me to lose some weight and add some defition to my psyquie?
It seems that everyone I talk gives me different advice, also also websites give you different information
I'm 6'0 feet tall weigh 220, Ive already lost twenty pounds, by running 5.5 Miles a day. I know diet is a major factor and I have my ups and downs. Right now I also know that if I lift muscle weighs more then fat. Does anyone know a good work out plan? and also what kinds off foods will help my metabolism?

If you want to get ripped(muscle fiber showing), you have to work out, I would recommend a routine that is high in reps and low in weight. This will define the muscle that you have and will not add a lot of bulk, yes muscle is heavier but takes up less space, so you can get ripped, weigh less and have your definition, I am 6'5" and weigh 225 and I work out 4 to 5 times a week.

I suggest that you try body cleansing. I tried it and really got lean quickly. I lost 15 pounds in 9 days and also 3 inches off my waist. I do body building so getting leaner was my goal. My sister did this program too and she lost a lot of weight quickly. I did not know too much about cleansing but there are a lot of TV commercials about this stuff. This is a body cleanse and not just a colon cleanse, I wanted my body to get lean quickly and this did the trick!
