I have two digital cameras, both Kodak. I lost the USB cable for the older one, but have lots of pictures on the memory card. Can I take it out of that camera and put it into the other so I can download them to my computer? Or do I need to buy another cable?

Son was not allowed to have ear pierced until 18, but new girlfriend (less than 2 weeks) signed as guardian. According to my other sons, the dad didn't know till after the fact either. What can be done, since this will send a message to my children, and others, that it does not matter what the parent says, it just matters if you can find someone to lie and sign as legal guardian!! How can this person do this to someone else's child, even if the minor wants it?? How can I be expected to try to teach my children right and wrong, and being of age to make their own decision, if there are other people who do not care what the parent wants??? If I do nothing about this, how can I set boundaries for my children, when others will break them?? I am upset and confused about this, and need someone's advice!! I realize that the earring at this point isn't that important, but the issues behind it are. No other person should be allowed to decide something for my child without the legal right

You'll often be told that the Bible is the best-selling book ever written, but is this true? I'm not here to talk about the Bible or whether it's true, I just want to know if the Bible is the best-selling book ever, and if it isn't, which book is?

First of all, this is a broad claim. By whose numbers is the Bible number 1? Is it on the New York Times bestseller list? Does Amazon keep tabs on this? Are the Gideons inflating the sales numbers? I was kidding about that last one, but this statement raises a lot of questions.

Who was the first to make this claim and why did they say it? Was it meant to be just an off-handed comment that was mixed up and taken literally, or do more copies of the Bible sell than any other book? And in what countries (if any) is this true? And when was this research done? And who carried it out?

Any help at all you have to offer is appreciated, but try to stay on topic, y'all.

Ok i am 19 years old and because of illness i was unable to complete cosmetology school which was going to be paid for by student loans. since i had no choice but to quit, my federal student loans were dropped and now i have about $5000 to pay off. it has gone to a collection agency because i was without a job for seven months and i was unable to pay. i am now employed and make about a $900/month. i have an apartment, credit card bills, student loans from college, electricity bills, and food to pay for. i have tried many times to work with the collection agency and the smallest that they can make the monthly installments is $200! i cannot afford that! i can't afford a financial advisor either. whats worse is that since i can't pay they monthly installments, i am now having legal action against me and they have also attacked my credit score! i need to know if there is a way to avoid bankrupcy and somehow pay them off... please help!

My last period was on november 2 and I am late now. I took a couple preg test which came back neg. At first I was experienceing headaches, feeling sick, and abdominal pain but then it went away. I recently went to the doctor for a check up which went good, but she told me to come back next month for another test. Now I dont understand why she wont give me a blood test if thats the most accurate. But anyway, last night I was feeling a little stomache pain then I woke up this morning with a brown discharge. is that normal? I seen this a couple days ago but other then that I never seen that in my whole life. What do you think am I pregnant and if there was apossibility that I was could I be having a miscarriage or something?

I am not speaking of sex, but just the common daily interaction. The casual contact. We have been married 13 years and I provide a comfortable living. We have kids that I am sure drain her. I am the husband that thinks of things like flowers and trips, but you can only do those things so often.

I am thinking of stopping the continual chase for her comfort and will seek my own. Maybe she needs to chase me for a bit?

I'm guessing my boyfriend has hypersensitive tastebuds. He's the pickiest eater I have ever encountered. He brushes his teeth like he should, but hates it because he says the toothpaste taste sticks with him for hours after he's done brushing. He hates the taste. I buy Crest, but do you have any non-minty or non-powerful tasting recommendations? Are the toothpastes for children any better tasting?

He was just found guilty of sexual assualt of a child and repeated sexual assault of same child and on top of that it was a person he was related to. He has not seem our child for a few years, but i am worried that he will try to get visitation one day. Do u think they will take his record into consideration? I want to move back in and have an appt w/lawyer next week

He is sooo manipulative and such a good liar. I cant stand him he is horribly mean (verbally) to the kids and I. But im afraid that somehow he'll sweet talk his way to getting everything he wants...like custody of our son. How possible is this?? Do courts take kids from their moms if the mom is a good mother? He is only 1 and im so afraid that he'll take him and I'll never see him again ( of course he has threatened this as well as physical harm to me if I leave) what should I do. Im just trying to play it cool till i see my lawyer.

There are people that live in the hospital because their kidneys need to be cleaned 3 times a day. Their bodies are monitored every minute. They are weak all the time, but sometimes, they feel OK? What kind of kidney disease do they have? Is it that serious? What causes it and all the bowel problems that go along? What kind of treatment is necessary? What is the procedure?
