My last period was on november 2 and I am late now. I took a couple preg test which came back neg. At first I was experienceing headaches, feeling sick, and abdominal pain but then it went away. I recently went to the doctor for a check up which went good, but she told me to come back next month for another test. Now I dont understand why she wont give me a blood test if thats the most accurate. But anyway, last night I was feeling a little stomache pain then I woke up this morning with a brown discharge. is that normal? I seen this a couple days ago but other then that I never seen that in my whole life. What do you think am I pregnant and if there was apossibility that I was could I be having a miscarriage or something?

You could be pregnant and what you are experiencing is implantation bleeding. My doctor told me that when you are only a couple weeks pregnant a internal exam will not show, and neither will a blood test in some cases. Wait a while is if your period comes and if not go back to the doctor's next month.

It sounds like polycistic ovaries to me. I have them. I would go months without periods (literally 4 months) and look like I was four months pregnant, had all the symptoms, but all tests showed negative, when I finally did bleed it was dark brown, which means old blood, are you usually very regular no matter what? If not, ask her about ovarian cysts....

Talk to your doctor and let your doctor know everything that you are feeling in order to know the proper test for you.
