I need help from an experienced person with knowledge. I restored pc to original state, now my pc has a bunch of files on it probably making it go slow... what can i do to get rid of all these files, what scans can i do ? any help would be appreciated please! if someone wants to help me more, message me on this website!

I would like to remove a load bearing wall in the basement of my two story house. Cut 2x10 floor joists are now supported by this wall. On one side, the room area is 138sqft (2x10's are 10'10'' long), on the other, the room area is 96sqft (2x10's are 7'6" long). The unsupported span of the beam will be 10'8". What size LVL or Parallam do I need?. What is the best way to support the ceiling during wall removal and beam installation? Is there something I can rent to avoid building temporary walls?

Okay, the strangest thing happened on myspace to me this week. I was contacted from my first love from back in High School contacted me. We dated when I was 16 and I'm 21 single with a child now. It didn't work out because his mother didn't like me and he moved out of state. 5 years later he contacts me on myspace and we start talking and he asks me for a second chance.

I know that I have never loved another man the way that I loved him and I never was able to trust a man the way I trusted him long ago. Now all grown up with a bitter heart from heartbreaks including his he is asking me to learn to trust him again. Do I dare rekindle that fire that was set on my heart so long ago that I had never forgotten but thought had gone out. Could this be fate?

my dad commited suicide when i was 5yrs old,,,,im 32 now and it still haunts me,,,,ive tryed councelling,,,,,,it just dont help.....its something in my life i just cant let go of.....i never asked to be bought into to this life with this grief....i just dont know what to do ,,,its killing me,,,,,i have to sons myself now,,,,that i see on weekends,,,,,,,i couldnt bear doing what my dad done to me to them.....life is so hard ,,,,,i dread every day i wake,,,,,,but i cant go the same way as my dad did,,,,,im so stuck....can any1 give me sum advice
