There are probably tours at the NBC studios; maybe Warner Bros. studios too, but I doubt it. Go to the Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena-Bob Hope airport -- also Lockheed, where airplanes were built during WW11.

Go to Jetblue.com or call 1800 JetBlue. They are a great airline and they will recomend hotels to you or what ever else you want to do. Have fun out there.
