Ok, my sister was dating this guy, and they were renting-to-own a house. He made a deal with the land lord that he will pay him money when he gets his lawsuit and his Social Security money for being disable. He signed the contracts and made the deal. My sister never signed a thing. They split up and he moved out last month and my sister has been trying to move out. she finally did it today. :) However since her ex never payed the land lord any money, he is trying to take my sister to court for the money that he owes him.


Question:
Can he do that? What can my sister do?

Remember that scene where George Bailey is dancing with his soon to be wife in the high school gym and the floor opens up to reveal a swimming pool? Is that a fabrication? Was that the cutting edge technology at the time then they realized the wood floor warped from the pool water so that it wasn't a good idea? Any examples still in existance?

I only smoked twice two days apart and I noticed after the second time I became depressed. I also was experiencing a lot of anxiety and panic attacks which I never had before and my personality had dulled. I just didn't feel like the same person anymore. I was no longer witty and funny like I was before, I was now very quiet. I'm also irritable and easily aggravated. Its been about 4 days since I smoked and my cognitive abilities are better now but I still notice that my personality hasn't fully recovered and I tend to worry about if it ever will? Has anyone had a similar experience and does anyone know how much longer it will take for my full recovery?

I have been unhappy for 5 yrs with my husband. He never show any respects with me only he cares about himself and the kids. He never kiss or hugs and not interest to have sex. I have 2 kids ages are 16 and 12 yrs. He never want to do anything always watch tv and never spend time with me. He always talks nasty and yell at me for no reason. I feel he treat me unfairly and he would never change himself. I really would like to leave him and get my own place and I think I have found someone else that is better than he is. I have a feeling that he is using me for living and doesnt care or think of me. He mostly care the kids and we have gone to counseling but it doesnt help much. My husband's family never contact or come to visiting us. I have been unhappy and alot of stress with him for a long time . I would be happy to get on and meet someone else that can support me and care amd able to do alot of things. I have a feeling that he doesnt love me and I am not interest with him anymore.

I like music from the 80's, like GN'R and AC/DC, and some groups from the 70's like Van Halen. I like music from back then because a lot of music these days are from bands that suck, like rap groups, or punk rock groups, and music from back then seemed like good music.

When I was a kid, it seems like I was always chosen to serve the team penalty and I thought it wa because the coach didnt like me... or that I sucked. :)
Does anyone know why or how a (professional) coach selects this person to serve the penalty?

An award should go to the United Airlines gate agent in Denver for being smart and funny, and making her point, when confronted with a passenger who probably deserved to fly as cargo.

A crowded United flight was cancelled. A single agent was rebooking a long line of inconvenienced travellers. Suddenly an angry passenger pushed his way to the desk. He slapped his ticket down on the counter and said:

"I HAVE to be on this flight and it has to be FIRST CLASS."

The agent replied:

"I'm sorry sir. I'll be happy to try to help you, but I've got to help these folks first, and I'm sure we'll be able to work something out."

The passenger was unimpressed. He asked loudly, so that the passengers behind him could hear:

"Do you have any idea who I am?"

Without hesitating, the gate agent smiled and grabbed her public address microphone:

"May I have your attention please?" she began, her voice bellowing throughout the terminal, "we have a passenger here at the gate WHO DOES NOT KNOW WHO HE IS. If anyone can help him find his identity, please come to the gate."

With the folks behind him in line laughing hysterically, the man glared at the United agent, gritted his teeth and swore: "**** you!"

Without flinching, she smiled and said:

"I'm sorry, sir, but you'll have to stand in line for that, too."

Well, i told him i liked him and he said he jus wanted to be friends because of the distance between us but then he says he likes me and then says i love you but still doesn't want to go out becuz of the disatnce between us. so is he playin' around or what????
