110 sounds correct, but I don't have a manual for that particular engine.

You will also need the proper tightening sequence to avoid warping or damaging the head.

Since you are apparently doing the work yourself, I would recommend spending a few bucks on a good manual.

Head bolts #1 thru #10 - 149 N.m (110 ft. lbs.)

i think he means ft lbs not psi. and that still sounds low for a diesel head torque..
