It really depends. For sure if you are going with a bunch of friends snow skiing is the choice for you because you will get lots of time to talk and you will be able to just sort of hang out. I can guarantee you'll have a great time. If you are going alone or with someone you don't care to hang around with then go jet skiing. Reason being is because on very rare occasions you will be able jet ski with the person you are with so with other people you won't enjoy that too much.
