Be honest with them and demonstrate through actions that you want their trust back.

Prove it to them by genuinely being honest and avoiding doing 'bad' things. It's hard to gain someone's trust without physically showing them that you mean it. You can tell them you've changed all you want but you have to demonstrate it, too. Trust has to be earned, not given.

It takes a long time but if you really mean it, you'll be able to prove to them that you're not interested in doing bad things anymore and that you really do want to earn their trust.

You need to leave room for mistakes (no one can get it right 100% of the time), but don't allow yourself so much that it steers you off track. Weigh the consequences of your actions each time and evaluate what impact it will have on your relationship with your parents. Also, learn to go to your parents for support. They want the best for you and will most likely be more than willing to give you all the help you need.

Be patient. It won't happen overnight, but every little thing does count. :)

Trust is earned by your actions and always telling your parents the truth when they ask. My mom said you will be in less trouble if you tell the truth, good or bad, then if you lie, your in huge trouble. Your parents will always love you and if you truly want to gain their respect and trust, tell them your sorry for all of the past. But remember, when you tell them your sorry, that means you will try never to repeat that bad things you've done in the past
Your actions and what you do will be proof they can and will trust you again..

TO START WITH, your parents will ALWAYS love you. NO MATTER WHAT YOU HAVE DONE! There are mothers crying at the side of the electric chair....so I am certain whatever you did does not qualify for such a punishment....so the first thing that you have to do if FORGIVE YOURSELF! next if you can find out why you did the things you did, then you can explain this to your parents and what you are going to do to keep those situations from happening again. Tell them that you know that it might be hard for them to believe you but that you would like the opportunity to show them. If they say no (it is just that they are afraid to be hurt by you again) then just continue to do the right thing. They WILL notice and come around eventually. call to say hello and tell them how much you have appreciated the unconditional love that they have showed to you.
They will come around and your relationship with them will be that much stronger.
GOOD LUCK and thanks for taking the first step!

Honey you may not feel like it but a parent always loves their child. That is not something you can change. As far as trust give it time and be 100% honest with them. They will start trusting you again.

Parents don't stop loving their children. Ask your parents what you can do to earn thier trust back. Try to stop doing the bad things you've been doing.

Just do what they ask you to do and more. Show them that you want them to trust you again. Be open with them, don't lie about anything big or small. It will take time, but it will happen.

By being upfront and honest with them....by obeying all the rules they give you.....by letting them know you understand what you've done wrong in the past and that you want to correct it now.

Good luck.
