Completely new to telescope viewing so please don't laugh, but are certain planets easier to view (clearer) depending on the month? i.e., due to it's location on the horizon, etc.

For instance, due to houses and trees in the way certain parts of the horizon are difficult to see, so I'm wondering depending on the earth's rotation or axis (not sure using right words here) that Saturn may be further from the horizon and more center sky during certain months than others.

at night time my dog digs at my door and pants as loud as possible in my face. he also jumps on my bed and off non-stop just up and down.
I know how to take care of the digging but I don't know how to stop him from panting and jumping up and down. pushing him away doesn't work either.
help please!

I have one of those cats that is incessantly itchy - to the point of licking his fur and skin until he has these bloody patches all over. We use hypo-allergenic food, flea control, and have been through a series of steroid shots. It has gotten to the point where the steroids don't help anymore. I am to the point of putting the poor thing in an e-collar (again) to try and get the wounds to heal. I don't know if his problem is allergies or stress or feline OCD or what!

Has anyone been in a similar situation and found something that actually works?? Anything I can put on his skin to make it not itch? Could I use aloe? I have been facing this for years now and I'm running out of ideas.

I just turned 21..isn't this the age that I can take money out of my trust fund? My parents don't give me a straight answer..they want me to be humble and budget the little money I have. But I'm not gonna blow the money. Isn't 21 the age where the money comes available to me??

I know there are a number of things, chocolate, grapes, etc., but are there any other basic foods that some dogs may be allergic to, or just have general problems with. Particuarly ingredients in homemade dog biscuits: flour, nutritional yeast, broth, vegetable oil, various seasonings, etc.

Ok so I'm getting stressed over school work, my friends, and work. Last year was so easy for me and this year we have 7 periods and school and I'm taking an unbelievable course load. I think that I so stressed that I'm starting to become depressed. I feel that my friends have turned on me and that people just don't listen at me or ignore me. I feel annoyed to people and I don't know what's wrong. I feel out of place all the time. I know I should probably see a counsler but I was just wondering if there is something else that someone had advice about to help me with my problem.

Before you suggest Head and Shoulders, Selsun Blue or Neutrogena, read me:.. I DID. So DONT suggest that. Its really annoying to see people post suggestions or answers when they dont read the entire question, in an effort to get points.

Its not that I have dandruff, or a serious issue of flakes. Its the ITCHING that drives me up a wall. I scratch my head for a minor itch and it becomes a major desire to scratch my ENTIRE head and mess up my hair. Its like i have dry skin or something, but it rarely is flakey or dusty. If it IS dusty, its because of the gel in my hair. I dont think my scalp is reacting to the gel either, because ive used it for a while with no issues. Ive also tried other gels, with similar results. Colder weather, and shorter hair (like a buzz cut) seem to make my head itch more and more. Also, when I wear a hat, it gets worse.
Is my scalp dry? Will conditioner help? A different shampoo? Hot water? Im at my wits end.... But my head itches so bad sometimes... Any idea
