I personally have the Samsung a-990. It is a mp3 player with 50 mb of internal memory and you can use a microSD memory card to boost the memory to 1 gigabyte. It also has a 3.2 megapixal digital camera, which is the best so far for a cell phone.
I use Verizon Wireless.
