Whats the best way to survive a fairly short drop (anywhere between 1-4 stories) with no injury?

Past 1 story, injury becomes unavoidable.

Think about this. If you free fall for 3 seconds you will hit the ground at around 40 mph.

Cushion your landing using things like a flip right after you land. Theres this video online about a guy that jumps all over the place. In one part, he jumps off the top of I think a 3 story building and lands it and continues running.

short drop 10 - 12 feet, feet flat and absorb the shock with your legs. Higher than 2-3 stories your @# &%# screwed....Four stories or more and you may have a slight chance flat on your back and relaxed.

i'd say land lightly on your feet, and immediately go in to a roll/somersault. i've seen tons of stune videos like that.
