We met about nine months ago. She had a man. She and I connected on a very mentally intimate way that was not sexual.
I felt a lot of compassion for her. I stupidly asked her if she had a man even though I knew she did. Then, I got a little cold, but started up again with the flirtations. What is she thinking? I know she will be single again. She wrote to me, and I didn't write back.

I understand using abbreviations and slang on the Internet; I know all about LOL and so forth. But why do people use "wat" instead of "what" or use "wen" instead of "when"? I can't see how leaving out a single letter really saves time typing! I also see people using Z's in place of S's, or spelling the word "does" as "dose." It doesn't make any sense to me--- there is not a big reduction in the number of keystrokes, and it's sometimes really hard to figure out just what people are asking. Some folks look like Hooked on Phonics rejects!

Can someone please explain it to me? Thanks! I have been wondering for a while now!

Micro went out, ended my popcorn/movie evening
Missed, so went natural, stovetop pan. Kinda tough popcorn.
Fixed micro, news notes micro popcorn unhealthy so stayed a-la-natural. (but nothing beats micro's convenience)
Got Westbend's Stir Crazy - pops a nice light corn, top-cap buttering function not that great -- need spatula to get butter thru holes, some remains on top.
Baked during holidays, did decent job at toasting nuts.

Problem > Huge on countertop, top plastic bowl will likely scratch or break. in time - otherwise good
Recently seen Microwave bowl popper in an Ad - costs about 30% less than Westbend

Considering purchase as late gift:

1) Which type of Popper do you think is best ?
Stovetop, Electrical, Microwave
2) Are results very noticeable ?
3) Preferable brand ?
4) What are your experiences with assorted poppers ?
5) If you were to give one as a gift, which would it be ?

Well I thought it was a baby thing but no at 15 months old it is getting worse and I find myself actually crying. Today we went grocery shopping and my 4yrs old was in the car part of the carriage and she didn't want to sit with him and had a full blown tantrum so I sit her in the top part of the carriage and the tantrum was even worse until I let her Literally sit on my hip. How could I push a carriage and deal with her like that. I had to leave and not get my groceries. This is like this everyday. When she feels like it she might let her dad hold her or play with around the house but she mostly only wants me and doesn't know how to enterain herself. I'm at the point that I don't want to go anywhere with her and I feel depressed from it. In my house I just put her down and deal with the crying but out I feel I can't let it go on to long b/c I'm in puplic, Anyway anyone have a child like this I need help everyone says she will out grow it but I need help now before I am crying all day.

I am going through a divorce and she left me a year ago, Why cant she just move on with her life if its over? We both have don sone things wrong and I asked her to forgive me for the mistakes I have done and she Said she forgave me. She on the other hand claims she has done nothing wrong and loves to do a lot of mud slinging when ever wh talk on the phone. not to mention she took the kids when she moved out. my friend i met in highschool 7 years ago when we were 14.
when i met her she was pregnat cuz some guy moslested her or somthin. and i stuck around alot and we became real tight and when the baby came he was named after me. and hes 7 now and calls me dad and i never said to him to call me that and he just does and he thinks that im his dad. his moms like i never said you where. and today he was asking me questions :
him : daddy how come i dont look like you ?
me : cuz you look like your mom.
him : some parts of my face i dont look like you or my mom.
me : like what ?
him : i have grey eyes and you or mom doesnt.
me : my sister has grey eyes.
him : how come ezekeil myshliegh and alex all look like you and i dont ?
( those are my other kids who look just like me )
me : because your a leader and not a follower !
him : was i adopted ?
me : look how much popcorn i can fit in my mouthe !!

what am i supposed to tell him ? his mom has know idea what to say. were not together.

and feel as if your relationship has worked despite the distance? Ive been with my boyfriend for 3 years and we love each other very much, but in the last year since he's moved we fight more.
