Like you just want to cease existing because things seem so hopeless? I don't mean commit suicide, I mean feeling like you're running in endless circles? Going down the same narrow paths over and over again until you hit the same dead end? I wish I could just skip the entire woods analogy and just find myself an airplane, better yet I could learn to fly.

Or to quote Chris Griffin from Family Guy "Boy, I'm so stressed, life sure is a human race."

Oh sure, it happens to everyone. The trick is knowing that this too shall pass. At the risk of sounding cliche, one must always look for the good in everything. Consider it a personal challenge to lift yourself above what everyone else is susceptible to, and to make yourself just a bit better.

I agree with the guy who advised you that "this too shall pass". That is always important to remember, no matter what happens...good or bad.
I also agree with the person who suggested that you're bored. I think maybe you should do something besides read and annalyze life. Reading is good, but sometimes people can have too much of a good thing!
Try doing something different that you wouldn't normally, typically do. You can't run in circles if you switch directions now and then and if you branch out from the rut you are in a little from time to time. Also don't take life so seriously. It is an adventure, even if you keep things simple you can have a lot of fun, just by not being so annalytical all the time.
. This change worked for me.

Something about nihilism that leaves a bitter taste in my mouth, or is it all the coffee I drank today? We will never know...

Circles tend to be endless... I suppose a 'fruitless' garden isn't one taken care of... even if your hands are soiled in oil and grime from digging all day. A river flows because there are no obstacles slowing it down. The river grinds them up as it flows in rapid streams. There are no 'ends' in life, merely 'means'.
'Hope' is a tool you make with your hands, hold in your hands like a child, and share with others as though a kiss or a hug.

GOOD TIMES AND BAD TIMES

Good times will always get you through the bad times
Keep in mind the strength in family and in friends
Know we will always be there for you
To hold you up when you feeling down
To share your joy when you feeling fine

Your mind is like the universe an explore
Full of wonders but not knowing what’s in store?
Don’t be afraid of the challenge in front of you
Know that there are a lot of us who believe in you

Know love, find love, feel love, share love
For is the only true state of a human been
Visualize your future and it will be seen
For your mind is like the sea, a though in your mind
is like a pebble drop into it. The ripples will go on forever

you're facing boredom.
boredom is the opposite of existing.
boredom is the ceasing of existence.
existing is this flying you want to learn.
learn to fly.
stop being bored.
embrace difference. embrace your power. embrace your own suffering and embrace your hunger.

don't feed your hunger. starve yourself. push the pain to the limit. that's how you fly, existentially, that is.

of course, i mean starving and hunger metaphorically. you need to eat.

the best way to get a taste when you are bored, is to approach a beautiful person (same sex or not), any beautiful person, at the mall, at the supermarket, or wherever you happened to be bored at and see a beautiful person.

and tell them just how beautiful they are, and then ask them if they ever get tired of hearing how beautiful they are.

That's not quite flying, but it is a small leap off a low canyon into a small ravine, and it feels like flying for a few mini-moments.

The Giver,,, great story!!!!

It is moments like that when you should cry (you know it is tugging at you inside) yourself to sleep. Wake up a few hours later and go outside to breathe in the fresh air and start your day over!

Do yourself a favor and read the page entitled "Life is a School" at http://TaoBarbie.com
It is very short and will only take a moment. If you like it, you might try the other pages.
