I have had a pin put in my left hip, and am doing much better, and thank God have had no problems with my other leg.
How many people have had problems with BOTH legs?

Slipped capital femoral epiphysis commonly happens when your young. In about 1/4 of cases, both hips are affected. In your case you only have one affected but you should always be careful with the other one because slipping of the capital femoral epiphysis can also be caused by a fall.
