Did you ever give it thought.... that you may be putting yourself in harms way for eternally? And what hurt does it cause to believe in Jesus God, they are Good.
I am just thinking of saving souls, no matter who you are, you have the free will to make that choice...... have a nice night!

I gave it thought, I was never told of their hell, just the proof of the one I know about.

I am not the one to judge, I just ask don't you think it would be safer. God is compassionate, and has mercy, I believe most would make it to heaven.

I made that choice and it has been the best choice I ever made. I am a born again Christian, saved by Jesus. Thank you for posting this. I just only hope that you don't get alot of sarcasm for your kindness.

Usually those that don't believe in a god don't believe in a hell, so why should it matter to them?
For me personally, I believe in a god (though not in any traditional religious sense since I think all religions are worthless, and I'm not a sheep), but I don't believe in hell or Satan. I don't blame my bad acts on some invisible fallen angel. I have what's known as Personal Responsibility. And if I'm wrong, I'm wrong. But I have better, more important, and more urgent things to worry about than if I'm going to burn in some hell. Life is now. I'll worry about death when I'm dead.
Oh, and by the way, it's 'eternity' (e-t-e-r-n-i-t-y), not 'eternally'. When trying to "save souls", it helps to sound intelligent.

I've thought about Pascal's Wager, yes. I've thought what a stupid idea it would be to pretend to believe in something you know is fake, just because you're afraid. That would be cowardly.
I will not compromise my integrity and decieve myself in such a way. I will stand for what I truly believe to be right. And I truly believe there is no such thing as god and all the fairy tales people have made up about him.
I've thought about what a poor argument Pascal's Wager makes. Because there are thousands of gods out there. What if you're wrong and following the wrong one. That means you're going to hell. Or Hades. Or whatever. You can't worship them all "Just in case".

Yes it would be safer and there is alot to lose by not trusting Jesus as Lord and Savior; their eternal life. But only God can move them to believe.
Anyone can believe in God and still go to hell. But to KNOW Him is another thing. In Matthew Jesus explains that when He returns there will be many who will say to Him, Lord, Lord, we cast out demons in your name and we prophesied in your name and did other great things in your name, (in the name of Christianity) and He will say to them get away from me you workers of wickedness I never KNEW you. These people thought they were Christians. Acted like Christians, went to church like Christians, prayed, did amazing things and they didn't personally know Him as their savior and Lord. They were serving religion. They believed in God but it was only a brain knowledge and not from the heart. It's easier to win a non believer or an atheist to Christ then it is to try and convince a "Christian" that they don't know Christ truly, if they already believe they do. That's tragic.

1) That's the Pascal's wager. It doesn't work.
2) One CAN'T believe. I can't MAKE myself believe in God, unicorns, the FSM... I can go to church and do prayer but that won't make me a believer any more than standing in a garage will make me a car.
3) No such thing as a soul.
What if YOU'RE wrong for following your religion? Maybe another religion is right and you're wrong and thus you'll go to THEIR Hell for not believing in their god. It's the EXACT SAME THING.
Why don't you give it some thought...?

There is no hell. It was created by
organized religion to put the fear
into man. The concept, alone, is
enough to keep most people on
the straight and narrow.
It is the same reason why we have
police. If it weren't for the threat of
earthbound or unearthly consequences
there would be anarchy.
Man is inherently evil.

Yes it would be safer. But why not accept Christ now and have a better life here on earth, and get to know Him before you see Him in heaven.

It would be better to believe that we are created by God and for God because He is love. We shouldn't believe to play it safe. God knows what's in our hearts.
God Bless you and have a safe and Happy New Year.
