In a couple of different contexts lately, I have heard advice about exercising that said it's important to break a sweat a few times a week. Surely it's not sweating itself that's important, but breaking a sweat means that some other beneficial process is happening in the body. What is this process?

In other words, what is breaking a sweat a sign of?

I had itching, burning and irritating bumps in my vaginal area. The doctor did a pelvic exam on me. He told me I have a yeast infection and vaginitis. He told me it wasn't any type of STD's because my cervix wasn't sore. Plus I took an STD test in October 2006 and everything came back negative. Anyways he gave me some medication and I just wanted to know when should it kick in. I read 3 to 5 days, but I just wanted to ask.

It was a very black video, with a very black song. There were these dolls or a single doll as characters. They looked like artists drawing dolls. They were in a prison and trying to get out. If I remember right the doll was dying or was being eaten by rats... it had a very Nightmare Before Christmas look to the dolls' movement. I remember one part where the doll stacked these boxes up to try to reach something or get out and it couldn't or it fell... if anyone remembers this video or song, your assistance would be great as I'd love to have this off my mind. I absolutly get in a groove on the range hit like 10 shots in a row money the reason? I have found that on the range I get in a groove because im hitting to the same spot with a lot of golf balls my setup stays the same because im on a mat and dont move. What can I do to get setup correctly on The golf course every shot is different outthere the lies even in the fairway are not always flat and some dont fit your eye whats a good tip to get setup absolutly the same every time on the golf cousre? Please give good tips something like a key visual check in relation to your body so you know your aimed at the target.

I have full custody and a restraining order... He is bashing me all over myspace! how sad I know... anyway, his girlfriend is 17, he says her parents signed a paper that says she can date him, is that even valid? After seeing the advertisments for the Bodyworlds exhibits, I was reminded of a French (I believe) physician who first created these types of perserved bodies in the 1700s or 1800s.

There have been several segments concerning him on the Discovery channel and the History Channel over the years. But for the life of me, I cannot remember his name, nor can I find any information on him. Can anyone help me with this? His works are displayed in a museum in France, I believe, and include one in particular called something along the lines of the Horseman of the Apocalypse.

Not being able to remeber his name is driving me nuts. Help me out, please!

I'll be going back to school soon and i will no longer be able to go to gym at ALL. I don't have any PE class this year or it's wayyy too late to join a sports team. I have a big selection of songs on my computer and iTunes library but I don't want to import EVERY single song onto my iPod. I can, of course synch specific playlists and manually add songs --but it would be really cool if I can keep one "organized" library for my iPod and one main one on my harddrive.
