I'll be going back to school soon and i will no longer be able to go to gym at ALL. I don't have any PE class this year or it's wayyy too late to join a sports team. We sit on our butts all day long till 3.30 pm. I'm stuffed with homework everyday leaving me only about an 1-2 hours of free time (sometimes less than that). Can you give me suggestions of what to eat (mainly) to continously get rid of fat? I'm 106 (but they ain't muscles at all..they're all fat..so don't go thinking i'm aneroxic or anything..) at a height of 5'2-5'3 and at an age of 14 yrs. thank you sooooo much!

ok really i am happy for you as a PE teacher to hear you want to stay in shape... but at the age of 14 you should NOT be overly concerned about this.... you still have growing to do and you body needs the extra storages in your body to help with puberty... don't just eat salad or anything like that... your body needs close to burns about 800-1000 calories a day with just day to day activity.... no work out nessacary... keep your intake below your output and you will be fine

your not fat! i'm your height and weigh more! i'm 26 but still at 14, it should be normal! but if you insist on wanting to lose weight, i would say eat salad and cut out the junk food! complex carbs like whole grains and red meat will keep you healthy...good luck! ohhh cutie....lol i guess you don't eat junk food or overeat!!! then that's good! i don't either...just don't worry about it! i didn't know small kids especially boys diet....you are probably just being too hard on yourself.

How about playing a game outside with your friends after lunch? A little activity can go a long way.
