I am a carer and i've just finished an 8hour shift. I'm bunged up with cold and my boyfriend has buggerd off down the pub with all of his family leaving the dogs at home all afternoon. Am I being unreasonable by being pissed off because I haven't had an invite and have to look after the dogs or am I just over sensitive coz I'm ill? I could go down there coz I've had a belated invite (by text NICE) but I don't like leaving the dogs for too long coz there only puppys andd need attention etc.

My daughter received a mini digital camera for Christmas and is unsure of how it operates. The directions were very unclear. Any ideas on how to operate it and then, how to save the photos and finally, how does she download them? It did come with a disk. Electronics is just not my thing.

I'm 17, and my parents are having family over for the New Year. My cousins are probably going to stay in my room, so me and my sister are going to stay in a nearby hotel. My parents are in quite poor health at the moment and can't book it up, so will I be able to book a hotel room for myself for me and my sister (16)??

Also, will I be able to pay in cash (as opposed to credit card/cheque)?

I am a 2nd floor condominium owner. Over the past 3 months my
downstairs neighbor has been complaining about intermitent leaks.

After 3 months of dragging their feet, the association said that they
found the leak, that the leak was within my area of responsibility, and that it is my responsibility to pay for those damages to my neighbor's unit.

To top it all off, my neighbor is trying to get me to reimburse him for damages that happened prior to me taking ownership of the unit.

I have 2 questions:

1. Wouldn't the Association's homeowner's policy be responsible for the accidental water damage. After all, it was not willfully or
negligently caused.

2. Wouldn't the liability of any damage prior to my ownership rest with the previous owner (if any liability rests with the owner at all)?

I live in Winter Park, FL. HELP!!
