If you are 16 or 17 years of age, you will have to provide a copy of your birth certificate along with some other sort of identification showing your date of birth. You will also need to have the sworn consent from each parent, each legal guardian or a judge - in person - before the county clerk at the time of application. If your parent is deceased, you will need to show a death certificate or proof of guardianship, or a court order waiving consent. A legal guardian will also need to show a certified copy of the guardianship papers. If you are under 16 years of age, you cannot get married.

This is only a guideline. Call your County Clerk for the right info.
Most states require you to be 18 without parental or judicial consent.

To get married without your parents permission, 18 years old. If you are under 18, then you will need your parents consent. But really, there is no age limit, just whether or not you need consent from your parents.

18 for everyone. If you under that age, you can still get married, but the parents have to sign off on the papers that they are allowing their underaged son/daughter to get married. If the parents do not agree...then sorry you have to wait until your 18.

Simple answer: Federal laws supersede all state laws. By Federal law you are considered and adult and able to vote at age 18, therefor you can marry at 18.

Call your local magistrate's office and ask. Usually, there's an age where you can get married without parental permission, and an age you can marry WITH parental permission.,

I don't think that anyone should get married below the age of 26 or 27. It gives the mind time to mature and get all of the child out before thinking of settling down. What as long as you can before marrying. If he/she loves you, they will wait.
