the Garden of Eden was situated at the head of the Persian Gulf, where the Tigris and Euphrates Rivers run into the sea. From a research on this area using information from many different sources including LANDSAT images from space. Under this theory, the Bible’s Gihon River would correspond with the Karun River in Iran, and the Pishon River would correspond to the Wadi Batin river system that once drained the central part of the Arabian Peninsula.
"A river watering the garden flowed from Eden; from there it was separated into four headwaters. The name of the first is the Pishon; it winds through the entire land of Havilah, where there is gold. (The gold of that land is good; aromatic resin and onyx are also there.) The name of the second river is the Gihon; it winds through the entire land of Cush. The name of the third river is the Tigris; it runs along the east side of Asshur. And the fourth river is the Euphrates" - Genesis 2:10-14

Depends on what bible you refer to, some don’t reference a place more of a mystical plan even. As for Mormons its in Missouri, why I don’t know. Some believe it could have been in Africa, where ever it was if it exists is unmarked by un-natural beings.

Probably somewhere in the desert east of Israel. Millions of years of climate changes made it from paradise to the desert; like everywhere else.
