Mini digital cameras?

My daughter received a mini digital camera for Christmas and is unsure of how it operates. The directions were very unclear. Any ideas on how to operate it and then, how to save the photos and finally, how does she download them? It did come with a disk. Electronics is just not my thing.

With mine it was simple enough, just attach the connecting wires to the computer and the camera, and run the setup disk. You should be able to download whatever pics you took by following prompts.
