Gee, the rumor has changed a little. It was that you couldn't until you were 18 if you didn't get it before the new year. No, the same rumor I heard in 1956 is still alive and well.
It fits right in there with the almost new Caddy for $150 because the guy died in it and they can't get the smell out...
Or the cooked rat in the KFC chicken.
