My father is a veteran of the vietnam war. 10 years ago he had 2 strokes and was put into a nursing home by the state becuase they found my mom not fit to take care of him. I was wondering when he dies who will take care of the funeral and will the state get all of his money. I was told my father had over $50,000 in his estate but i dont know if im eligible to get any money out of it.He has a lawyer but she is a b**** and wont let me look into his estate. He is my dad and i visit him every weekend.What are my rights

That seems to be what all young people who are democrats are enchanted by. I know some younger people keep up with politics but the average kid is busy wondering when the next party is and all they hear is 'abortions are legal, so i can have all the sex i want', 'no draft for war, so i don't have to fight for what are forefathers created', 'legalize pot, bc its no worse then alcohol', and their only hope of open mindedness is making sure their girl has an open mind to have a three-sum.

I know the democrats aren't complaining but i just think that the voting age should be lifted or something so that people who actually know whats going on are the ones who vote, not people who just have a romantic idea of the ways things could be.


Sorry, this is just my latest rant since i saw my cousin today... BTW Merry Christmas!!! or whatever you celebrate, have a good one and a good new year!

I got a Jvc camcorder and it came with Photo navigator 1.5 and whenever i use the usb to plug it in nothing happens, at all. Im wondering if i need a memory card to have the pc at least recognize the camera and if so can i then edit my video on windows movie maker?

I already got a pair of boots for this winter (similar to UGGs but black and half the price) and was curious what anyone's opinions on the UGG Bella or UGG Dakota mocassins are. I would like to know from someone who has them because I might order them online for myself one of these days. If you have them, where did you get them? Do you recommend going up or down if you have a half size? How much did they cost you?

I have been on the Pill for a bit over 2 months. I stopped taking the active pill a day after a sexual encounter with my boyfriend. Usually I get my period the next day - however, it has been 2 days now and not a drop of period. Could I be pregnant? I'm only a teenager. I am really scared. My parents don't know about my relationship with my bf - although we are really commited to eachother we aren't ready to be parents so soon. Please help.

Nothing is wrong with gay marrige, gays are just people who have a disorder (No offense gays) They're not against God if God didn't want them, he wouldn't have made free will. i bought a new pup.. it's been less than 24 hours since i've had him.. and this is my first time. my problem is that he sleeps a lot. i dont think he is that type... from what i saw at his birth place he was playful. but he sleeps here. he is happy and a very good dog. i just want to know that does a 9 week old pup sleep a lot and if not what can i do to take care of him?

i dont know if it was my water or not...i felt my underwear become damp all of a sudden, so i went and thought i had to use the restroom, so i did. then they stayed damp, so i changed them and they stayed the same, but not as much. it wasnt a lot, but enough to be uncomfortable. they're just barely like that now...is it possible that my water did break and it stopped? that the baby is blocking it now?? i dont know if that can happen or not. i have had a few contractions since, but they arent very bad. they're uncomfortable, but thats it, and i have some lower back pain that hasnt gone away since a few hours before this happened. has this happened to anyone else?? my due date is this wednesday.....
