In the 1970's, the federal government was burdened with debt from the Vietnam War, I believe this debt caused the government to borrow money, which drove up interest rates. We now have huge federal deficits from the Iraqi war. I thought that, with the fedral government borowing money, this situation would drive up interest rates. What is different about the current situation verses that situation in the 1970s that allows interest rates to remain low?

I had a crush on a internet friend I had, and yes she is a girl. I met her and talked to her for years. I have more then two pictures of her. I know her and she has a boyfriend.

Ok I'm a teen using this account I created to avoid the person knowing it was me writing this question. She is 1 year less older then me. I'm 16 and shes 15. I really like her and have thoughts of wanting to be her bf.

But she has a boyfriend that is 11 years older then her and she doesn't care. She rather be with a adult then me. He is nice to her but I'm nice to her too.

I never had the courage to tell her how much I like her before she met him. What should I do?

Normally, a diabetic person should be careful to his/her diets,especially those diets contain more sugary, fat etc..
which mean that their daily living are restricted with the foodstuff.
What about fresh fruit juice, is there any restriction?

I hanged out with this guy for three months. We had great time together. He asked me out whenever he has free time. I like him a lot and I felt he likes me as well.
But when I told him that I like him, he said he only wants to be friends because he is not ready for a relationship. And he said he was seeing a girl last summer. She studies abroad now.
Then he said he thought I am great and he was really thankful that he met me.
I couldnt understand why he flirted with me and never mentioned the girl before. And now he still asks me out and pretends nothing happened.

But I still like him. What should I do?
