easy...when you're doing your push ups just put your feet up on the sofa or your bed so your body, legs everything is on the same level...your hands on the floor...and go for it...you'll notice its much more heavy going than normal push ups but after a couple of weeks you'll notice the difference

Put your feet on a chair and make sure u come down fully and touch your nose on the floor. Also tell your partner or kid to sit on you to increase the load, this way you will get the biggest pecs and chest ever in no time, and there is no need to buy expensive weights and gym equipment!

Do it with your arms close together, you will lift higher the push ups become harder thus needind more effort making the chest more masculine.

Do the push ups with your toes up on a chair. Keep your body very straight. Make sure you go right down and touch the floor with your nose. Then always back up to arms straight and elbows locked.

Feet high is good but also have your fingers facing inwards and your elbows out to the side.

put your feet up onto say a chair so that they are above your shoulders this broadens the shoulders and builds your pecks
