I see lots of unusual claims about the truth on this Y!A board.

-The Bible has been around for thousands of years, so it must have some truth in it.
-10% of the people repent on their deathbeds, that proves God exists.
etc, etc, etc.

You do realise that truth has absolutely nothing to do with numbers, right?

Did you know at one time the Philippines were a part of the U.S.A?
Did you know that Filipinos are Americans? They have American Blood lines? That Filipino's saved thousands of Americans solider lives in World War II? Did you know a lot of Filipinos where U.S veterans? People need to learn there history of Filipino’s and Americans. They should not have to have Visa to come to the U.S.A The Philipines need the Unitrd Sates and the United States need Philippines.

I have only known my girlfriend for a little over a month. I am quite fond of her and we get along great. The other day she came out and said she loved me and I just said back to her "I love you too." Now she acts like we are going to get married and I have only known her a short time. Did I mess up? When I visit my girlfriend on Cape Cod, I've noticed a phenomenon of putting these big stars on the sides of homes. Recently I've come across some of these stars in antique shops in Maryland although typically Marylanders do not put these on their houses anymore. I suspect it was something done in the past. The stars are made of tin and they can be 2 to 3 ft in diameter and brightly painted.

# FIRE Prof. Binns! He may stay as Hogwarts Ghost but not as History of Magic teacher anymore! To replace his position, I’ll call Gilderoy Lockheart to teach History of Magic. Gilderoy is totally fraud at Defense Against the Dark Arts, but still he’s a great story-teller! I believe if he’s given chance here, History of Magic will transform from the most boring class ever into the most entertaining class ever at Hogwarts!

# SHUT down Sybill Trelawney’s Divination Class! Too many rubbish there, but still few students favor it. In this case, Divination could still be taught, but only in form of short course (like Apparition) or club (like Dueling Club or Dumbledore’s Army).

I dont understand...if someone emails you from this site via the "hidden email address" does it go to your yahoo address that you are using or to your alternate? Someone left me a comment on my 360 saying I needed to verify my email address...but on my edit page it says I need to verify my alternate address...I dont want email going to my alternate...I want it going to Yahoo , just like they do when I get a "Best Answer".....did I just confuse the hell outta you?
