I dont understand...if someone emails you from this site via the "hidden email address" does it go to your yahoo address that you are using or to your alternate? Someone left me a comment on my 360 saying I needed to verify my email address...but on my edit page it says I need to verify my alternate address...I dont want email going to my alternate...I want it going to Yahoo , just like they do when I get a "Best Answer".....did I just confuse the hell outta you?

you have to click on the link Yahoo sent you to confirm ( and yours doesn't work )
the e-mail link goes to your primary e-mail the same one that yahoo uses for Best Answer notification - but you have to confirm as above ( YAHOO SENT you a link - to do it again just select NO e-mail contact - leave the site then come back and choose receive e-mail and you should get another link )
and now you have e-mail !!!

Go to edit and remove ur alternate address if u don't want it used. Sounds like it's just messing with everything. And if u have ur yahoo address listed primary that's the one that's going to get mail from anyone here.

I tried to email you but it would not let the email go thru. It said that your email has not been confirmed. Hope you get things worked out.

Nope you didnt...and...I have recieved emails from other uses that have been sent to my yahoo email address...(same place as best answers)...I will send you one and see..Merry Xmas from Downunder.

what addy did you give when you registered with yahoo answers. that is the addy that your mail will go to. i will e-mail you right away. im blue2chrystal. watch for the e-mail. merry christmas.

yea i kno it works cuz i have a friend that i met over this and we e-mail each other back and forth...i will e-mail u when i get home b/c the e-mail doesnt work in school...â¥
