I was sick all Sunday night/ Monday morning but had no fever. I Threw up a lot and had no desire for food for a few days. I didn't have body aches or chills but did have a headache for awhile on Monday. Did I have the flu?

Flu is a respiratory disease that has a fever, cough and/or sore throat, and lasts for about a week.

What you are describing sounds like norovirus. It causes diarrhea, sometimes vomiting, and rarely causes a fever. People are sick with it for a couple of days, and then get better. It is sometimes called "winter vomiting disease", as there are often outbreak in the winter. It is also the same virus that causes outbreak on cruise ships.
