Since Brittany makes more money , doesnt she have to pay alimony to him, so he can keep up the lifestyle?

No way. They signed a prenup. I'm pretty sure she's got her money all protected legally. KFed needs to get a job and stop being a himbo and fathering like 90 kids! Now, if he gets the kids then yes Brit should pay Child Support, but alimony would be a punishment for Brit. Don't you think she was punished enough when she married him!

Hell To The No. That dirt bag was only able to "pay" his child because of Brittany. How does he need a Porsche and a $70,000 watch to live. Millions of people don't have either and they can live. If he wants to maintain his lifestyle than let him get a job.

In my opinion both should pay each other alimony, if theres such a thing. Also, both shouldn't get custody of their kids and grandparents should more then them. The reason why is Britany gone in the other direction instead of the direction that she should have gone.

It would serve her right, since she chose to marry the idiot.
But he signed a Pre-Nup that stated that, not only did she not have to pay alimony but he is gonna have to return any gift that was given to him over the amount of $10,000. That is why I think he is trying to get custody of his kids so that he will at least get child support. Crazy

She'll have to pay whatever is in the pre-nup. Does he deserve any money? No. He needs to get a job and support himself and ALL of his kids. She should have known better then to marry a bum with a pregnant girlfriend anyway.

Any self-respecting (MAN) wouldn't seek anything from an ex-spouse. I don't know all of the details of what happened there, but I think he had a good ride for the time it lasted and that he should pay his own way from here out.

Whatever is in the pre-nuptial agreement will have to be done. lf it says no money for him,then sorry, he has to get a decent job.
l don't think he'll get the kids. He's not a very responsible father so the court won't grant him custody.

Yes she should. You know why? Because she is stupid stupid stupid. And stupid people often repeat the same stupid mistakes over and over if there isn't something there to remind them of their past stupid mistakes, and a debit of $20,000 or so a month taken out of her checking account should do the trick.
Does K-Fed deserve a dime? Of course he doesn't, but thats besides the point.
