i read on a website on a car dealer page and one of the ending year incentives is $1000 customer cash for one of their new cars..what does this mean? does it mean i have that added to my down payment?

I think i have become old and bitter! I am polite to people and that is that. I have no real friends and i have shut my family out. I know the general consensus will be to seek mental help...
