I got a really naughty dvd from my friends one year. That was a blue christmas!!!! Only kidding..... a blue christmas is a christmas when all you feel is lonliness.

I had a blue Christmas in 1990. My son was born Oct. 27th 1990 and my hubby was in Army and he was sent to desert storm for 2 years when our son was 3 days old. A blue Christmas is one where you feel incomplete- a peice of your heart is missing and you just cannot get out from under your sadness abd heart ache- there for- feeling blue-blue Christmas? Its a horable way to ever spend Christmas but i think we will all have one in our lifetime. Like my firstr Christmas after my dad died- it was an awfule year- and the feelings of loss and sadness just over whelmed me and It really was a blue time for me.

Did you ever see those bluemen,the men who dance and play instruments like in the microsoft commecial.Its when you invite them over to your house on Christmas day and perform for you.Its very expensive.Oh,how I wish I could have a blue Christmas!
