Yes, but you'll need to use an anonymous proxy server to do so.
A free one is at http://www.kproxy.com.
There are better ones such as http://www.anonymizer.com, but they cost money.

Look into setting up a Proxy Server or an anonymous web service like anonymizer.com . If you're really paranoid, look into proxy chaining. Just remember that using a proxy, or service enables the proxy server or service provider to track you. :(

there are lots of ways if you have admin rights to the computer. if you don't then there isn't a way because you won't have permissions to make the necessary changes...
