Merry Christmas....and I'm a muslim! lol

Why are SOME so upest about offending other people by putting up decorations or saying Merry Christmas....put them up it's your time to celebrate....forget every1 else.....I doubt most people have a problem anyway.

Anyway...MERRY CHRISTMAS and have a very HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

5)Is it a violation of their/the oath of ethics for an attorney at the “last minutes before a hearing” in which a clients affidavit is going to be submitted and or considered by a court to against the wishes of a client and or without pre-agreement by the client to delete statements made in any affidavit made by the client which “only by the attorneys sole belief and only at the sole discretion of the attorney” that it would damage the client ?

5)Is it a violation of their/the oath of ethics for an attorney to lie to client, lie to a court, or move for withdrawal from a matter without informing the client ?

6)Is it legal for a duly court authorized custody evaluator / licensed mental health counselor to “forward quoted 3rd party HEARSAY” in their evaluation/recommendation to a court for the purpose of the court to consider as material in it’s decision of custody?

I currently rent property and have a dispute with the owner of the property over who pays for Buildings insurance. I have taken out & pay for myself Contents insurance to cover my belongings but who has to take out & pay for buildings insurance?

i watched the spike lee documentary on "katrina" and was digusted to see they way the goverment left them to die

i know they were told to leave but most of them were to poor to do so, but were not offered any help

i was distressed to see after the hurricane, the dead bodies floating around and swelling up in the water, they were left there like amimals.

i was almost in tears when i watched the part of the 5 children left alone while their dead mother was on the bed.

has the programme been shown in the usa

Lately I have been having major tooth sensitivity and the only thing I can think of that may have changed in my diet is that lately Coke has made its way into my fridge on a regular basis. I never used to have it at home, only the odd time I went out.

Anybody know what may be up with my teeth??? There is one tooth in particular that hurts when the cold air even hits it!!!!! LOL

i think each drill instructor plays a certain "role". there is always, from talking to other former marines, one junior DI that loves to give recruits hell. looks like his main job is to be very sadistic. the other junior DI is, he can also be pure terror also but he teaches alot of marine corps knowledge. and for the senior DI, he is more like the father figure. he still can scream and holla at times but he mostly plays the father role and at least once or twice, he nonchalantly told one of the juniors to lighten up. my question is to all former marines, does this pattern sounds familiar during their boot camp?

I am 36 years old and have 4 kids.My first husband is the father of two of my children.We met when i was 22 and just got a job ,he was indierectly my boss ,and was 13 yrs older than me.I had a child from a previous relationship who was 5 yrs old but some how we got married a year later , were married for 7.5 yrs, and had twins together.The reason for the divorce mainly to to with the age difference , the fights it caused, and the fact that i felt i was too young to be married.I dated around after that and eventually ran into my eldest daughter biological father , married him it lasted 3 yrs, and had my youngest child.After that failed marriage i started dating men in their mid to late 20's which was fun for a while but i got over it.The only man other than my father too see me through all of this and still be my best friend was my first hubby.No matter what i did he still was there for me.We have started dating again but i wonder if i have too much baggage?
