5)Is it a violation of their/the oath of ethics for an attorney at the “last minutes before a hearing” in which a clients affidavit is going to be submitted and or considered by a court to against the wishes of a client and or without pre-agreement by the client to delete statements made in any affidavit made by the client which “only by the attorneys sole belief and only at the sole discretion of the attorney” that it would damage the client ?
5)Is it a violation of their/the oath of ethics for an attorney to lie to client, lie to a court, or move for withdrawal from a matter without informing the client ?
6)Is it legal for a duly court authorized custody evaluator / licensed mental health counselor to “forward quoted 3rd party HEARSAY” in their evaluation/recommendation to a court for the purpose of the court to consider as material in it’s decision of custody?
