grits because they can be made to look like course snow on a plate just in case it didn't snow and also because they are really good for you and not so greasy as hash browns

Hash browns. Toasted but not too brown. I hate it when they are too crispy.
Next question. Bacon or sausage. I say Bacon but not too crispy on that either.
