NO! HDMI carries digital signals - it's either 1 or 0, nothing in between, so there's no scope for a more expensive cable being better (unlike in analogue systems). You only need to pay big bucks if you need an extra-long (5metres+) cable.

Honestly I always use monster cable, your looking at quality of build. It's like anything else, same buzz word parts but how you put it all together matters. Now saying that, the only thing that might be different about those cables are possibly the gauge of wire and the quality.. No, especially over short runs like in one's home entertainment center. HDMI's digital--either those 1's and 0's get through or not, there's no "the signal gets through, but it's weak" like there is with analog. If your HDMI cable is not working right, you'll notice in no uncertain terms.

You can always order both cables and have the option of returning one if/when you notice no difference between the two.
