7)Is it legal for a duly court authorized custody evaluator / licensed mental health counselor to personally bias themselves so severely and without any factual evidence of any acts against a child as to forgo and or fail “equal” investigation into the circumstances of one of the legal parent or parties of the matter seeking custody ?

8)To what body or agency does one file a complaint for such activities/actions on the part of such a licensed mental health counselor / duly court authorized custody evaluator ?

My cat is 10 months old. I adopted her at the humane society when she was 5 months old and she had an URI. They told me it was just a cold! I got her spayed last week and a couple of days after she started sneezing! Over the weekend she got worse, sneezing really bad and watery eyes. Monday morning I took her back to the vet, he gave her antibiotics! Each time I take her to the vet, the stress makes her worse! It's her 2nd day on antibiotics. How long does it take for her to start getting better? She doesn't eat much but she drinks a lot of water. I can't afford to have her on fluids and I don't want to take her back to the vet because it makes her worse!! Will she get better soon because I'm afraid that she's gonna die because of this and I can't loose her, she's my baby and I couldn't take it if she died!! Please someone tell me she won't die??? She will get better, won't she?? Help!!!

My son is 5-yrs old, I also have a nephew the same age. For some unknown reason my mother and grandmother favor my son and treat him as if he is the prince of the land. They do it when he is with me, when they watch him as well as when my nephew is around. If my son whines (which he does CONSTANTLY) he gets it. He gets pushed a bit too much and cries they cuddle him like a baby. My son is far from fragile. He will wrestle and hit just like any other boy. When it's just him, my b/f, his son and myself at home, he doens't whimper or cry when the kids start fighting but when he's around my mom and grandmother, he goes into complete sissy mode. They give into him all of the time. This is putting a serious damper on the relationship I have with my sister because she sees it as well, too much. When I punish my son in front of them, I am told I am being mean. I have talked with them, yelled and even kept them from my son. What else can I do? They refuse to see my point. Help!

i just started a rogue which is now level 10... i was just wondering if im gonna make this char as my main, would i be doing the best damage with one knife to ambush then sword in other to fight with? also .... how are shamans compared to rogues? i got a 12 sham and i cant figure out which to play... tell me, do rogues do a loooot more damage or not really compared to shams? thanks

what costume to wear. His wife was telling him to hurry or they
would be late for the party. She was walking down the stairs from

He's a few months old now, so he's like ALMOST an inch long. lol I have him in a plastic, purple vase with fake plants and some clear rocks. I change his water every week or so and put algae destroying stuff in and I feed him every other day. Do I need to get him a bubbler or plant for oxygen? Or are they like goldfish where they don't really need that? If so, can you suggest a good 'water plant'?
