I am Polio infected person and infected area is upper part of my right leg.
I am 25 year old .
Is there any Doctor or cure facility for Polio infected person in Delhi(India).

Poliomyelitis is an acute infection caused by a poliovirus. Manifestations include a nonspecific minor illness, sometimes aseptic meningitis without paralysis (nonparalytic poliomyelitis), and less often flaccid weakness of various muscle groups (paralytic poliomyelitis). Diagnosis is clinical, although laboratory diagnosis is possible. Treatment is supportive.

Yes, braces,corrective shoes and anti-biotic, may be stuck with braces if the weakness is vary strongly rooted.
Most doctor know the treatment, actually there is no cure, there is prevention (Almost 100% by vaccination of a child and a booster dose of vaccine from time to time).
Physical therapy can let a person walk with normal gate.
Stay away from steroids it is vary temporary treatment and side effect of the drug is worst then the Polio itself.
