some certain cards ar limited
those you can only have 1
Some are semi-limited, you can have 2
some are banned, you cannot have any
the rest of the cards you can have 3 of each
kuriboh you can have 3 of

He's talking about a video game not the actual card game. Your game should have a ban list along with a limited list. Those cards you can only add 1 or 2 or maybe even none of. All other cards you can add 3 of. This video game is not actually based on the card game. It will not always have the correct Fobidden list on it. the game should have it preprogrammed.
