I feel like Ive been taking in too much salt lately, even though im on a diet, and i just wanna know what a healthy daily intake would be....because salt turns into sugar which turns into fat.

I'll keep this as short as possible: love my gf dearly and know she loves me but she can't always show it. asked her about it, we talked; occurs to me (w/out her going into detail b/c she just freezes) she has unresolved issues (given to her from what I can tell) that are pretty big. She knows she needs to change: I have seen her attempts; she is so strong and strong willed that she tries to do it by herslef but I now realize she can't do it alone and probably needs pro help. I want to be there for her and I try to be. I seriously know I can't do it for her, just want her to know I am willing to travel this road w/ her to the end. So what do I tell her? Anything? Lead by example? This is extra tough b/c no one I know has any practical experience to advise from. Anybody have ideas/suggestions?

I have had an affair with an old flame for almost a year. His wife has been pregnant during most of the affair. He has gone back and forth saying he wants to stop the affair and just wants to be friends and then changes and says he wants to continue the affiar. Although we talk and email almost daily, he refuses to see me or meet me for fear, I suppose, of becoming intimate and then feeling guilty about it later. We are very good friends and I would not want to lose his friendship, however, I would very much like to continue to see him regularly but how do I get him to see me?The baby, a boy after 2 girls, was born yesterday. He is to email me and let me know how the baby is but hasn't done so yet. I know I am not in love with him but I do have a lot of affection and love for him. What should I do now? Leave him alone? Move on? make the effort to stay friends? I am also married with kids. What do you think will happen now?

By unique child, I mean the only child in the family, as in no siblings. So then when it's plural you can say unique children and you can still understand it as a group of children that has no siblings. As oppose to the only child and then the plural form being only children, which has a different meaning.

Yesterday, I started a series of posting on how current events could tie into a scheme by a shadow organization to conquer the world in 5 steps. The first 2 steps discussed were:
1) Enlist a large population spread across international borders as the resource for your army. The manipulation of the Islamic religion fits that need.
2) Destroy the oppositions ability to arm itself beforehand by crippling its economy. Here I mentioned the attempt to disrupt the international currency market by destroying the World Trade Towers and plunging the capitalistic world in chaos. In response, someone stated the theory was flawed because that effect wasn't accomplished. The fact that the desired goal did not happen only means step two has yet to be accomplished.
Another more drastic attempt would be needed to cripple capitalism and eliminate capital needed to mobilize for global warfare. A possible future attack could be dirty bombs detonated in NYC, Philadelphia, Chicago, and Washington, DC simultaneously.
In any event, I'm not trying to establish proof that there is an attempt to conquer the world. I am only pointing out that current events fit into this theory. So, go along with me on this and imagine we are in the middle of step two in this scenario. Here are the three things needed to conquer the world;
1) A large population from which to raise an army of 50 million or more.
2) A great deal of investment capital to mobilize your army.
3) A large stash of arms and nuclear weapons.
That said and assuming the U.S. economy has been successfully destroyed, what might step 3 be in this scenario?

I live by myself and I would love to have a kitten. I called around some pet stores and shelters and was told that spring time is kitten season. So, I'm seriously looking into it because I'll have the cat for a long time. My big concern is that I have allergies. I don't know if I'm allergic to cats though. I play with my friends cat sometimes and I have no problems, but I don't know about living with one. What breed of cats is good for someone with allergies? I know that there are hypoallergenic dogs. Are there hypoallergenic cats? And please don't tell me to get a hairless cat. They don't appeal to me.
