KBB and Edmunds update their pricing throughout the year. They receive data on current sales every day and use that data to update their estimates.

From kbb.com
When do you update your used values?
Trade-In and Private Party values on our website are updated weekly, but not every vehicle will change in value; Retail Values are updated every two months for models up to 7 years old; every four months for models 8 to 21 years old, beginning the first of January. However, it is important to remember that an update does not necessarily mean that every vehicle will change in value. The values we provide are based on the current marketplace, not on age. Remember, the marketplace can be erratic and inconsistent, especially when reporting both the wholesale and retail market.

Yes, but be aware, if you are looking to trade your car into a dealer, even the trade value listed on these sites are not quite accurate. Dealers use galves, so your best bet is to get the car appraised to get an accurate number.
