There is this one girls that lkes me and she gave me her number but i cant call her back. Im a shy person and ever time i hear her voice i freeze up wheat should i do?

I don't know if you met her at work or where, but here's a few suggestions. If you like her, you could try a few things. First, try writing down what you want to say to her. (That way, you're prepared and sound more confident.) And you might want to think up some different things, along with just ways to ask her out. (She might say a few things, as a conversation starter. This way, if she asks, for example, "What's your favorite tv show/movie/what sports do you like? etc.", you'll be prepared.) Try to think up some things if it were in reverse. Then, after you do that, try practicing saying them out loud. (In the privacy of your own room/house.) I know, it sounds silly, but it really does help. You can practice while being alone in the house, try practicing saying it out loud, how you want to say it, what words you want to say with different emphasis. (Also, you may want to also write down different responses in case of a "yes/no" answer.) If you have a pet, you can practice talking to them. (I know my cat doesn't talk back, which helps. lol) Just practice enough to where it doesn't sound like you're reading off of a piece of paper. Being on the phone, you have the advantage of not having to be one-on-one when talking (which, I know, helps ME tremendously!) and should help as well. Good luck.

Realize she is just a person. Practice out loud - then write it down. Call her, take a deep breath and then read what you wrote , hopefully something like - you like her and that you are shy and don't want to miss out on an opportunity for both she and yourself to get to know each other better and have some fun. Let her do most of the talking - the rest will come easier. Good luck!

The phone number is a license to print money, and here you are going hungry! Gah, the stupidity of some men!!
Call her, or watch her go off with someone else. She is not going to wait forever.
To make it easiest on yourself, call her and tell her that you are really shy, and it took a lot of pushing at yourself to make the call. If she likes you that much, it will just add to your brownie points, and you'll be made in the shade.

I can understand that your shy, but being shy is no exuse.. if you wait it out because your so shy and nervous this girl might just end up moving on.. because it will seems as though you won't take interest...
that's the last thing you want if you like her.. you have to find some confidence and like call her.. because if you don't your missing out... your luck this chicks likes you she's not going to
beat you down.. just open up to her

You can start off by telling her that the reason that you did not call sooner is because you are shy to her.
She will like it that you admit that to her.
If you don't do anything she will lose intrest and some other guy will make a move on her.
Then you will regret it.

If she gave you her phone number then she is interested in you. If you like her too and wish to see what might develop between you, whatever it takes, you need to make the call. Force yourself to call because the burden is on you to make a move.

Take a deep breath, think of what you want to say to her when she answers and call her.
Think about it this way, if you don't call her, she will think you blew her off and didn't like her to begin with. If you do, something good will totally come of it.

Yes, call her, it will be awkard at first, but it will get easier the more you talk, And the more you tallk and interact, the less shy you become.
I know you are nervous, (As I use to be) but think about it, what do you have to be nervous of, be aware of the fact that you are nervous, and place yourself in situations where you face that.

If you like her, then definitely call her. She'd think you don't like her otherwise. She gave you the number so she's expecting you to call. You don't have to talk much. Let her do the talking.
