My BF and I never have anything to talk about on the phone anymore. Any suggestions for convo topics?

i had the same problem...we argued all the time about it too..and we ended up breaking up...well now i got grounded for something and i havent been allowed on the phone for like over a week and wenever i do get a chance to sneek in a few calls i have alot to say...maybe you just talk to eachother too much...give it a break or just stop calling o much...tell him y u r doing it though so he doenst get mad or upset and so he will understand...

Why do you have to talk on the phone all the time? Is that your only way of communiction? If so, then you can go over your day or make plans to see each other. If you don't have to talk on the phone alot, then don't! Phone conversation doesn't have to be the only way to express yourself to each other!

You don't have to talk on the phone. Just say hi, talk about your day, and then get off the phone. Call when you have something to say.

Wow!!! You cant think of anything?! Arent you like past the stage where you're all nervous and jittery at the thought of conversation?! Oh well....I'm sure you dont know each other inside out, so why not ask him about his goals..have they changed..crap crap yadda yadda....stuff like that

Get a more interesting boyfriend who shares some of the same passions as you. My wife and I both like politics, but she is a democrat and i am a Republican. But we have things to discuss everytime.

Doesn't sound like you have chemistry with your bf? Maybe its time to evaluate the relationship if you don't have anything to talk about.....
