I've told a guy I knew for a really short time that I had feelings for him, just like that, straight out. I don't know why, I just knew it when I first saw him that I really like him. He first blushed then he was shocked for good 2 hours and he couldn't believe that i would ever like him. Later he said he had no feelings like that for me. Could it be that he was protecting himself? Because he's kind of nerd like and he said he usually protects himself from having feelings towards really pretty girls. I am pretty, but not empty headed, by the way, people say I am good-hearted girl.

I'm just wondering what they norm is. My husband makes me feel like I get too much and yet I always feel like I didn't quite get enough for my kids. They are young, early elementary, and I buy them some clothes, pajamas, shoes. THis year they all got a watch, a book, a bike or trike and about 3 toys. What is your normal?

I'm full term now and people have told me that at this point the baby's movements usually slow down, possibly as she's getting ready for birth and running out of space. However, I feel like my baby is trying to kick or punch her way out! She wasn't a huge mover before...I always felt little kicks and movements, mostly at night. But now it seems like she's always doing something and I'm constantly seeing my stomach move around where her foot or hand is...it's sometimes painful! I'm not worried...I thank God she's active in there! I'm just wondering if this is normal or (oh, no!) if it means I will be pregnant for longer than I'd hoped and expected. You ladies know how it is....it's getting a bit uncomfortable at this point and I'm ready to get the labor part over with!!!

My neighbor told me that when she was pregnant and took prenatal vitamins her hair and skin grew like crazy. She says she still takes them now but I'm still a little skeptical. Will taking prenatal vitamins when you're not pregnant hurt you?

I have had 2 children the last beening 10 months ago and I eally need to lose the extra weight. I would feel a whole lot better, more energized for my kids. But now my husband is trying to help by giving me insentive. He is a long time smoker and I would love for him to quit but he said he like smoking. The other night he made a bet with me that if I loose 30 pounds he'll take a dance calss with me and if I can loose 50pounds he'll quit smoking. I need and can to do this! I am a very fussy eater. My husband can never watch the kids cause of his work schedule and I can't afford to pay a sitter and pay for a member ship to a gym. How can I still get the work out I need with a 3 year old and 10 month old on my hip. Any sugestions?

I have heard that public schools in the U.S. tend to teach the subject from a 'left brained' perspective, which is where mathematics belongs, I guess, in the grand scheme of things.
Is there a technique for those who are 'right brained?'

My friend allowed me to borrow her car while she was away on vacation. She is returning in a few days and I decided to check the fluids in the car and I noticed it needed transmission fluid. I took it to a nearby shop and they put some in for me. On my way back home I noticed the blinkers were not working. When i got home I checked the hazards and they also are not working. How can I repair this myself? I was going to check the fuse box under the steering wheel, but I wouldn't which one to check or how I would know it was bad. Please help.

My list of Things to do @ Walmart
1. Ask the guy at the front door if HE would like a sticker, than procede to give him one of your little sisters "My little ponie" stickers

2. Run & hide between aisles and randomly poke people & say "Tag, your it" & run off

3. Hang out in the clothes dept. & give fashion advice such as..."That is SO not your shade" "I dont think they carry UR size" or "Anything is better than what your wearing Now"

4. Ask a manager to make an anouncement for your "lost" senile grandmother "Dixie Wrecked"

5. Go to the toy dept & set up a tea-party for you and ur imaginary friends...ask others if they would like to join

6. In the bedding department, build a fort with sheets then invite people in for a good ol' fashioned pillow fight!

7. MOVIE TIME....Grab a bag of popcorn and sit on the floor in the video department & throw popcorn randomly...saying "Whew, I wasnt expecting THAT"

8. Get washable markers & ask random people to sign your body.

God is offering to save the man, but he refuses the offer and goes over the edge. God, in the analogy, is not to blame for the man's fate... BUT, the analogy leaves out a few pertinent facts: 1. God made the waterfall and the river. 2. God made the boat and put the man in it. And 3. God won't allow any other means of rescue (i.e. the man is not allowed to get out of the canoe and swim to shore, nor can he call for a helicopter, etc.) The entire situation is so arranged by God so that the man has no choise but to accept God's "help" or go over the edge! If a man set fire to your home and then went into the house with a gun in his hand and said, "Either come with me, or you'll burn in this house; and if you try to leave without me, I'll shoot!", would you feel gratitude towards that man?!?!?! OF COURSE NOT! Your reply....?
