First, you need to fix your diet. If you have that much weight to loose, you are probably consuming lots of hidden calories. One easy place to drastically reduce you calorie intake is in what you drink. Trying eliminating all beverages from you diet other than water (and drink lots of that). Next, eliminate red meat from your diet. Switch all your dairy products to the lower fat versions. Don't eliminate your favorite treat because then you'll have the tendency to binge (e.g. still have one Snickers bar a day, or whatever your weakness may be). Since you will be reducing your calorie intake, you may want to start taking a multi-vitamin, which will help with your energy level. Next, the easiest "work out" solution to stick to is walking. Walk as much as you can, take the stairs as often as possible. Park in a spot far away from the grocery store and walk. Walk fast, walk slow, just walk. If you have a day where you don't do well with your calorie reducing and walking, don't be too hard on yourself, just start fresh the next day. You can do it!!!

You are on the wrong track. Never loose weight fast. do it right. Start with excercise and good eating habits or just stay overweight because you will gain all and maybe more back. Good luck. Its not easy. Put you kids in a stroller and walk for awhile then rollerblade or jog pushing the stroller. it will give you time together and you will all have fun.

start walking, alot! take the kids with you. a stroller (double stroller if u have one) and or a baby carrier. also, look around for an exercise bike (stationary) i got one from my grandma because she didnt need it. but i am always seeing those bikes at garage sales, and goodwill and savers, and even go to freecycle.com and see if anyone has one they can give away maybe. i dont know how quick u will lose it, but losing it too fast would be bad for u anyway. if u keep it up, and eat healthy then u will see results for sure

I joined Weight Watchers and have lost 22 lbs in 15 weeks. I haven't even exercised yet.. but I agree just walking can do amazing things.

when the kids are asleep you can run, have your 3 yr old do jumping jacks with you so both of you will get exercise
even if you loose all the weight and gain alo of muscle, you will still be heavy because muscle weighs more than fat.
eat healthier and just do push ups and sit ups whenever you can

everslim, it really works!! i took it two months and lost 30 pounds
with no exercising, i did keep my calories low. But never starved my self or felt sick.
