I'm going to be one in 2007 but I need some advice

you cant just say 'im going to be one' and have it happen. Acting is an incredibly competitive field. If you want to be an actor who can sustain him/herself financial by acting, you need to be good. Being a good actor takes lots of talent, lots of practice, lots of hard work and a fair amount of luck. You also need low inhibitions i.e be confident, not shy, and comfortable with most situations (even extreme situations like being naked in front of a group of total strangers). The best way to become an actor is to audition for as many plays as possible, take part in them, learn as you go, and ultimately try and get into an acting school. Only the really really lucky actors are 'discovered' by accident...

As i've heard, acting isn't your actions but only your re-actions to the story. You have to loose yourself a bit and just place yourself in the character's mindset, it will be much easier. Good luck with what you're doing and remember to stay true to who you are, don't sell your sould for hollywood.

you have to be an actor and act like an "actor"!its very easy if you are a funny,silly person!if you didnt have any experiences ,good luck!you have to be confident and come out of you shell from being shy(if you are)!

try out for local plays, get involved in auditions, take a few voice classes (not singing necessarily) apply with a casting agency(research good from bad) NETWORK NETWORK NETWORK...talk to people make friends, that's how MOST people get their jobs in the movie industry.

Lots of auditions
There is lots of rejection so be prepared to go to many, many auditions until one comes through.
