There's a dog that's been hanging out around my house for the past few nights. He has a collar, and I think maybe tags. He looks healthy...dirty, but not starved. It's getting cold where I live, and animal control is giving me the run around.

I'm hoping that if I can get close enough to see his tags, then I can hopefully get in touch with his owner and get him back where he belongs before another winter storm hits. He's a bigger dog, though, like a golden retriever. I'd rather not just stroll up to him and grab his collar.

What are tips for how to approach a strange dog in the safest way possible? What are warning signs (body language) that I should watch for to let me know to back off? Besides growling and snarling, of course.

I've been married for 20 years, in my 40s and have kept myself fairly fit. The last 5 or 6 years, my husband and I have not had sex. He doesn't seem interested and despite my advances, finds all kinds of reasons to "fend me off". I've suggested counseling, doctors appointments, etc, but it's no use.

Here's my delimma: I'm still young enough where I want intimacy with a man, not only for the sexual pleasure, but also the emotional connection that comes with it. I don't want a divorce, but the lack of physical contact is driving me crazy.

What do you think?

I didn't think you could add to a CD-R disc? I had tested 1 file and it copied to the cd. I then wrote a new document and tried to copy to the cd and it copied. I thought once you used the cd you couldn't add to it?

I save info to Word on a weekly basis. Should I get CD R or CD RW discs?

there's this guy who courted me for two years. And now he's with someone else. i feel something for him but it's just that i was so afraid to take risk that's why i decided to hurt him for him to look for someone else for his own benefit. and the hard part is i know we'll be seeing each other tomorrow because it's my bestfriend's debut. i don't know how to act when he's around. because my bestfriend should not feel that i feel awkward that he's around. i don't want to break their friendship because they are really friends. but im still at the point of moving on. how should i act in this kind of situation?

The tiny "seed" of the Big Bang must been surrounded by some huge environment that allowed it to expand. Isn't that a more logical explanation than some mysterious "spacetime" that came into being at the moment of the Big Bang?
